Freedom Oz Care is a newly established disability support service providing services within Melbourne and surrounds. Our team are fully trained and have extensive experience within the disability and community sector, acquiring over 30 years combined experience.
Our team is driven to create opportunities for people with disabilities, and we aim to empower progression towards an individual needs, preferences, goals, aspirations and supports in a safe and non- discriminative environment whilst enabling an individual’s right to independence and sense of choice.
At Freedom Oz Care we will work fairly with you regardless of age, gender, sexuality, culture, religion and ability.
Whether your plan is self-managed, plan managed or NDIA managed, our team will work with you directly to ensure that you gain the required skills, knowledge and support to be able to lead an active and productive life within the community.

At Freedom Oz Care, we are driven to recognise, create and implement opportunities, promoting independence in a safe and non-discriminative environment using a person centred approach where the focus is on understanding the individual (including circumstances and environment) to determine what supports they need to achieve greater independence to pursue and live a fulfilling life.
We believe in creating a future in the lives of individuals by supporting positive pathways at different stages of a person’s life, tailoring our approach as required to an individual’s needs and wellbeing.
We support people with a disability to make their own decisions as well as recognising that improving the wellbeing of people with a disability requires a collaborative approach where the person with a disability has direct involvement and is at the centre of all aspects of their NDIS plan.
